Fans are petitioning for a J.Lo street in the Bronx, rumors are swirling that Casper Smart's back and Jennifer Lopez' latest movie poster is sizzling hot.

Gossip Cop claims that amid rumors of the singer and her ex-lover rekindling the flame, the two are only friends.

"Here's the truth: Lopez split from Smart in June, and they have remained friends. That's all," said the Gossip Cop report, hinging on its source. The outlet said that OK! Magazine has been "making up false stories" about the "I Luh Ya Papi" singer.

Jennifer is reportedly "addicted to Casper's love", Gossip Cop quotes the magazine report, adding that Smart is "just too good in bed."

"I need the help of every J.Lover and fan in the world to help support and sign this petition so that we can see Jennifer Lopez have an honorary street named after her in her hometown of The Bronx!" reads the Change.org petition of J.Lo superfan and Bronx resident, Edgardo Luis Rivera.

The online petition already garnered 1,300 signatures as of press time and one of those who reportedly signed is the singer's "The Boy Next Door" co-star, Kristin Chenoweth.

"Jenny From the Block" would be real-life, if ever. But according to NY Daily News, "co-naming guidelines call for nominees to be 'deceased or terminally ill.' They must also have served the community for at least 10 years."

The singer reportedly "hasn't done much," said board chair William Rivera as quoted by NY Daily News. It looks like fans will have to wait Rivera's November 10 proposal to the Bronx Community Council.

Jennifer takes the role of teacher Claire in the movie, titled "The Boy Next Door", starring alongside Ryan Guzman who plays Noah, the teenager referred to in the title.

In an unexpected turn of events, Jennifer's character slept with Noah, who later develops an obsession towards his neighbor. How obsessed?

"He hacks her computer to assign himself to her class, then chillingly tells her she 'should change [her] password', and later plasters her classroom with steamy images from their love-making session," explained Mail Online.
