"Dancing with the Stars" partners Antonio Sabato Jr. and Cheryl Burke are not liking the rumors surrounding them.

Sabato, who is married to television presenter and actress, Cheryl Moana Marie Nunes, is being romantically linked to Burke.

In a report by The Epoch Times, Val Chmerkovskiy allegedly accused the actor of extra-marital relations and this has gotten Sabato, 42, on the defensive.

Chmerkovskiy, who is also surrounded by rumors with his own partner, actress Janel Parrish, is said to be picking a fight to throw Sabato off.

According to Globe Magazine, via Epoch: "Part of Maks's strategy was to get under the skin of other dancers and throw them off their games. If Val has learned anything from him, it's that being feisty and even confrontational can really get you ahead," said a source to the publication.

"Early on in rehearsals Val told Cheryl Burke to watch out for Antonio because he has a reputation. And, that got Antonio steaming."

Apparently, Sabato confronted Val directly, told him he was "happily married" and urged the meddling competitor to "mind his own business."

'Dancing With the Stars' Week 3 Results

With a movie night theme, the ballroom was transformed into old Hollywood. With Kevin Hart as the guest judge, the panel gave mixed reviews on various performances and resulted in a surprise elimination.

In case you didn't catch it, Monday night's recap, are as follows:

The night's best performance, according to TV Line, had to be controversial pair, Janel Parrish and pro Val Chmerkovskiy, who did a jazz performance to "West Side Story" song "America." The panel was unanimous in giving the pair a perfect score and commended Janel's footwork and energy.

Second performance of the night was by Bethany Mota and pro Derek Hough with "Singing in the Rain," while the worst had to go to Michael Waltrip and pro Emma Slater who did a stiff and underwhelming show of "Robin Hood theme "Everything I Do, I Do It For You."

Of course someone had to go home and the choices included three pairs who were "In Jeopardy." namely: Randy Couture and pro Karina Smirnoff, Antonio Sabato, Jr. and pro Cheryl Burke, and Jonathan Bennett with pro Allison Holker.

In the end, the world bid goodbye to Randy Couture and pro Karina Smirnoff.
