Apple's iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have finally made their way into the hands of consumers everywhere. While the phone has a lot of features that fans have been craving for years now, fans of Apple hardware are rarely ever completely satisfied with their newest technology.

Customers are already thinking of what should be improved in the iPhone 6, so it may be in Apple's best interest to take note of some of these to see if they will perhaps satiate their fan base for a while longer (though a few of these can be improved by users themselves today). Here are five ways to improve the iPhone 6.

1. Lack of High-Resolution Audio

For a company that is seemingly in the midst of a major music push, it is somewhat baffling that Apple has not taken to improving the puny speakers on the bottom of its phones. This is one of the few remaining pot-shots that Samsung and Android users can make at the iPhone with its larger form factor. Apple's custom built Cirrus Logic 338S1201 chip theoretically has the capability of playing high quality audio through the phone, but the company has yet to take advantage of it. Time will tell if Apple decides that stronger sound warrants another software update.

2. Touch-ID Security

This was essentially the feature that Apple built the iPhone 5S around, so it is unfortunate that so many are still reporting having problems with it. Fingerprints are perhaps the most personal method of security that one could ask for but many are reporting the device vulnerable to hacking by lifting replica prints from other surfaces and using them to unlock the iPhone. Granted this is not a huge problem and it really is not easy to get a good print to unlock someone's phone, but with Apple Pay on the horizon any steps to improve security are appreciated.

3. Battery Life

iPhone users are tired of being tethered to a little white cable come evening time for their phones. The good news is that Apple has actually increased the battery for their latest pair of phones; in the case of the Plus, this is especially noticeable.  Still, if users want to improve their iPhone's, Apple has already helped out with the battery monitoring for users under the new Settings feature in iOS 8. As long as users can keep their eye on this and shift their habits accordingly, this should not be as big of a problem anymore.

4. iPhone Bending

First and foremost, this has been blown out of proportion. The phone's are not so flimsy that they warp at the slightest amount of pressure applied to them. However, for the truly paranoid there is a way to improve this problem and it is one that many are likely already taking part in: buy a sturdy case. Find a solid one and it is all but guaranteed that the bending issue that has plagued a select few will be taken care of.

5. iOS 8

This is where nearly all of the critical problems for the iPhone 6 are stemming from. Wi-Fi is slow and drops signal occasionally, syncing music takes an inordinate amount of time, iMessage is having trouble sending and the list just goes on. Apple has tried to rectify this with its 8.0.1 update; however, it failed and actually compounded issues for many users. If Apple really wants to get the iPhone 6 back on track, iOS 8 needs to work. Period.
