Mother of six children Kim Zolciak sure wants to look good! After giving birth to twins in November, the 36-year-old went under the knife to get a tummy tuck and her second boob job, said Mail Online.

Nine moths after the birth of her twins, the "Don't Be Tardy" reality star showed off her new physique on Instagram. Donning an orange swinsuit, the selfie displayed both front and back shots side-by-side. Looking amazing in a one piece with a black waist ribbon, the blonde puts on display her perkier chest.

"I'm loving my new swimsuits #havefaithswimwear thank you so much @jenniferstano I'm always a sucker for a [] I feel so much better in a swimsuit now thanks to #310shakes @310nutrition vanilla is my favorite," said the tv personality and singer on the photo.

However, not everyone is impressed. X17online noted how the caption hints that her frame is due to dieting, which is contrary to her openness about undergoing plastic surgery.

Fans are reportedly calling out the reality star on the misdirection and alleged photoshop job on her photos.

One particular Instagram user wrote: "@kimzolciakbiermann I think you are great, but.... Come on the thigh gap is totally photoshopped."

However, some have defended the starlet saying, "These haters need to be worried about themselves morw -you are beautiful Kim always!!"

Another pointed out the fact that it takes effort to maintain a body that's been surgically enhanced. "Ok let's be honest.....just because someone has plastic surgery, it's not a cure all. If someone could just have a nip/tuck and stay skinny, everyone would do it. She has to maintain her body. #duh," defended the member.

Her reality show featured an episode where she consulted Lenny Hochstein regarding breast implants and described her vision as a "perkier" version of her current double D sized chest with a "tear drop shape", recalled HollywoodLife.

Still not satisfied, she also confessed to InTouch magazine previously that even with her slimmed down form less than a year after giving birth, Kim admits she still wants to drop another 10 pounds.

Mail Online noted that in this week's pre-taped episode, Zolciak is to undergo her surgery with the real one taking place months ago, probably around May. The timing was discussed between her and her husband, NFL player Kroy Biermann, and was done during that period to give her ample time to recover before Biermann heads off to the Falcon's training camp.
