Actress Ellen Page is looking gorgeous--showing a sultry side of herself like never before as she strips down for the cover of W Magazine's October 2014 issue. The Canada-native was featured in the Mag's "The New Royals" issue as one of the five women "who totally rule."
The 27-year-old bares her rock-hard abs as she joins the new royalty of fashion, film and comedy that includes Kristen Wiig, Cara Delevingne, Naomi Campbell, and Charlotte Casiraghi, noted Just Jared.
The "X-Men" star stuns in nothing but black underwear and cape but more than her beauty, it's her excellent work ethic that must be commended. She's proven through her numerous high-profile roles that she's got what it takes to roll with the best of them.
The "Inception" actress has been acting since the age of 10 and recalled how it all started, reported ET Online. She described the moment when acting became an "immediate fixation."
"A casting director came to my school looking for kids. I auditioned for a TV movie called 'Pit Pony,' and I got it. Acting became an immediate fixation," she told Lynn Hirschberg, per ET Online. "I was a child, but I was so ambitious."
She also spoke about her role as a pedophile's potential victim in the movie "Hard Candy."
"At 17, I costarred in Hard Candy, about a pedophile and his victim, whom I played," said the rising star to the magazine during her interview as quoted by E! News.
"My character had to castrate the pedophile. I've always loved learning things for a part, and I remember researching castration and thinking, This is so interesting. I'm a nerd that way: I love the challenges of this job," she added.
Page is also part of major blockbuster franchise "X-Men." Playing Kitty Pryde in "X-Men: The Last Stand," she spoke about where she was when the opportunity arose.
"I had just graduated high school, and I had weirdly kind of taken some time off from acting and was just in a different space," quoted Out Magazine of Page when she appeared on Good Morning America in May.
It was a good move for the rising star as the cast raked in over $300 million worldwide with the franchise's latest installment--2014's "X-Men: Days of Future Past" during Memorial Day Weekend alone.
It's believed that most of the cast from "Days of Future Past" will be making their return for the sequel "X-Men: Apocalypse" which is slated for a May 27, 2016 release. To date, no announcement on when a trailer will be shown has been made.
