The much-awaited iPhone 6 will hit the United States and Canada on Sept. 19--but accessory cases are now available for preorder.

According to MacRumors, Apple will continue its leather case line which was first introduced in the earlier iPhone 5s. Fresh and premium designs fit for both versions of the next-generation iPhone are also expected for release.

In order to maintain its premium feel, the cases are tailored from hand-selected leather that went under aniline dye treatment. The interior, which will support the iPhone itself, is made of microfiber. This material will prevent unwanted scratching during insertion and removal of the device. Available colors are Black, Olive Brown, Midnight Blue, Soft Pink, and Product (RED).

The iPhone 6 Leather Case sells at $45. It is available to ship in 1 to 3 business days, and is available for pick-up in-store on Sept. 19. On the other hand, the iPhone 6 Plus Leather Case costs $49, and is available to ship in 5 to 7 business days. It is ready for pickup on the same day as the former.

But Apple is not limited to leather. Custom-fit silicone cases will offer protection while "maintaining their incredibly slim form." These are offered in Black, White, Pink, Blue, Green, and Product (RED).

The iPhone 6 Silicone Case costs cheaper, priced at $35. Shipping is available on October, so might as well visit an Apple Retail Store on Sept. 19 to pick one up. The iPhone 6 Plus Silicone Case will be $39 and follows the same schedule.

Apple is not alone in offering these cases, as third party merchandisers are also offering their own line, according to iLounge. BoxWave, Spigen, Rearth, OtterBox and i-Blason all retail through Amazon.

Meanwhile, preorders for the iPhones themselves are still in large quantity, as reported by Extreme Tech. The outlet also mentioned that there is no assurance whether enough units will be out by Sept. 19. Apple commented, "Response to iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus has been incredible with a record number of preorders overnight."

Apple announced that both iPhone 6 models have broken sales records, with 4 million pre-orders in the first 24 hours of availability. The Cupertino-based tech giant added that additional units of the newest iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will be available on Sept. 19 at 8:00 a.m., local time at Apple stores.
