For those who are wondering what the deal is between on/off couple Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, Justin has made it clear that they're definitely back together.

According to GossipExtra.com, Justin, 20, confirmed the news while at his second deposition on Sept. 11, stemming from a photographer assault case.

The site noted that while under oath, the "Baby" singer confirmed that he is in fact still dating Gomez, 22.

"As of today, what is your relationship with Selena Gomez?" asked Mark DiCowden, the lawyer of photographer Jeffery Binion, who alleged he was assaulted by Bieber's bodyguard in Miami last year.

"We're dating," answered Bieber straight-out.

"You mean, you're boyfriend-girlfriend?" clarified the lawyer, to which Bieber said, "We are."

The singer conducted himself in a much more mature and respectable manner, as opposed to the spectacle he presented in the earlier March deposition [see video here].

During the first deposition, Bieber flew off the handle when asked about his relationship with the "Come & Get It" singer. E! News recalled how the Canadian-born pop star stormed off saying, "Don't ask me about her again. Don't ask me about her again. Don't ask me about her again" when asked, "Have you ever talked to Selena Gomez and discussed your feelings about the paparazzi?"

Enjoying Las Vegas Together

The lovebirds are reported to be in Las Vegas after attending the match of Justin Bieber's friend, boxing champ Floyd Mayweather Jr., on Saturday.

Mail Online shared that the couple took in some sun as they strolled around Hard Rock Hotel together sporting their poolside attire.

Luxury was the theme of the weekend as the Justin and Selena were reported to have stayed in the Hotel and Casino's three-bedroom, penthouse suite, wrote E! News.

The high-profile couple didn't share photos together. Instead, they appeared in social media posts separately, except for this photo uploaded by Bieber that shows who many assume to be Gomez.

Justin and Selena have been in an on-again-off-again relationship since 2011, officially splitting in 2012. The reunion doesn't come as much of a surprise as it was only weeks ago when the pair made headlines after spending a romantic getaway in Bieber's hometown in Ontario, Canada.
