Lizzie McGuire has finally commented on Aaron Carter's advances.

Speaking with Buzz Feed in Australia while promoting her new song "All About You", the mother of one gave her honest opinion on Carter's declaration of love.

"I was not expecting this question," she responded when asked for her thoughts on Carter's tweets and interviews. "He does, I keep seeing that, that he keeps doing that. I don't know how I feel. I mean, that was so long ago, and obviously I'm still married, and I have a baby and we kind of just..."

Buzz Feed helped out saying "Don't know each other?"

"Yeah, don't know each other...so...yeah," she said.

In March, the '90s heartthrob tweeted, "Don't be that stupid douche that loses the love of your life forever.. Like me..."

When asked if he was talking about Duff, he said, "I'll spend the rest of my life trying to better myself to get back to her. I don't care what ANY of you think."

In case you can't string the pieces together, Carter and Duff were boyfriend and girlfriend when they were 13 years old.

"I started dating Hilary [Duff] on my 13th birthday," he told host CNBC back in 2005 as quoted by Yahoo! Celebrity. "I was dating her for like a year-and-a-half and then I just got a little bored so I went and I started getting to know Lindsay, dating Lindsay."

Fast forward to 2010, the former Disney star married Mike Comrie-with whom she has a son, 2-year-old Luca Cruz Yahoo! Celebrity said.

But that doesn't seem to stop Carter from pursuing Duff. Interestingly, in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the younger Carter said that although he still loves the "Lizzie McGuire" star, he was far from being in love with her.

"No. How could I be? I don't know who she is today. She doesn't know who I am today. But I would sweep her off her feet if I ever got the chance to again. And fix what I did wrong," he explained.

Duff and Comrie have reportedly called it quits and even issued a statement regarding their parting as quoted by Yahoo! Celebrity in another report:

"Hilary Duff and husband Mike Comrie have mutually decided to an amicable separation. They remain best friends and will continue to be in each other's lives. They are dedicated to loving and parenting their amazing son, and ask for privacy at this time."

People reported that the married couple simply drifted apart. But with Duff's "I'm still married" comment during the Buzz Feed interview, Carter might be having a hard time sweeping her off her feet this time.
