"Anger Management" star Charlie Sheen will be giving $1,000 to a PYT server two days after Philadelphia Eagles' LeSean McCoy left him a 20-cent tip.

"Dear Tommy Up of PYT in Philly ... Please tell Rob K I'm pledging 1000 dollars to him for the tip debacle just wanna help. C #NoJudgement," Sheen tweeted on Wednesday, receiving a bunch of likes and retweets. Rob K (for Knelly) is the waiter and Tommy Up owns the store.

The burger joint had on Monday posted a copy of McCoy's receipt on their Facebook page, captioning it: "The twenty cent tip that the Eagles' LeSean McCoy just left our server on his $60 check is going to come in really handy for that new official NFL McCoy jersey he had his heart set on. That is a .03% tip. New record!"

The restaurant had already learned about Sheen's response on the issue involving the NFL star, screengrabbed it and posted it on the same Facebook page, captioned "#tigerblood."

The owner said on his Facebook page: "So...Charlie Sheen really is an awesome dude. He said he is sending a surprise to Rob and we are getting it tomorrow. I literally have no idea what the "surprise" is but we're holding our breath," ending with a smiley.

This happens after the owner released a statement on the incident: "I decided to take action after some serious thought. And while I'd like to apologize to Mr McCoy, I cannot in good conscience do so. I stand by my actions one hundred percent."

McCoy and his group were verbally abusive to the staff and were talking about women in a derogatory way, he said in the statement. Saying Knelly is his friend, he said the waiter seemed to be very confused, apparently over the tip.

The New York Daily News echoed the report, after interviewing the server. The crew somehow expected the measly tip for a $61.56 check, it added.

Sheen wanted to make everything right even if he had no hand in it, said E! Online, compiling a list of celebrities that would tip generously. The thing is, there are still many questions surrounding that incident.

According to a tweet by Philadelphia Daily News' Les Bowen, McCoy called the issue "bull****" without elaborating. Just minutes later, he tweeted again, this time saying the NFL player might have really been irked by the service at PYT.

TMZ also thinks the incident might not have been entirely rude, as McCoy, who has yet to speak on the matter, reportedly felt he was mistreated inside the restaurant.

Furthermore, the Bleacher Report said the issue might have backfired on the restaurant because many social media users thought it was out of line for the restaurant to post someone's receipt only because he hadn't given a better tip. The question now is whether McCoy was rude or it was the other way around.
