The "High School Musical" star Ashley Tisdale has wed musician fiance Christopher French in a secret ceremony on Monday. The 29-year-old singer-actress revealed the happy news to her nearly three million followers on Instagram the next day.

With the caption, "Best day of my life! Introducing Mr and Mrs French Sept 8, 2014 Shot by @corbingurkin," the blonde beauty shared a photo of herself in a gorgeous white wedding gown as she and her hubby looked lovingly at each other.

Her wedding dress was a full skirted, long, white gown with a cinched waist and cropped sleeves. She topped off the look with romantic long waves, a flower head piece and an elegant bouquet of flowers. By her side was Annie Automatic singer French who looked handsome in a black suit and tie.

Tisdale shared two other photos of the marital ceremony--one of the scenic garden wedding layout and another of her with her six bridesmaids. One of the lovely ladies is none other than "High School Musical" co-star and real-life bestie, Vanessa Hudgens.

E! Online reported that the wedding took place in a private estate which hosted about 100 guests. Many "High School Musical" colleagues were said to have been present during the celebration but one who couldn't make it was Zac Efron, ex-boyfriend of Hudgens.

According to a source of the site, the two "couldn't have looked happier" when they exchanged vows.

The couple began their relationship December 2012 and announced their engagement August 2013. Yahoo! said that French proposed on the 103rd floor of New York's famed Empire State Building and gave the star a massive diamond ring with smaller stones surrounding the band.

"You know, I didn't [think it would happen that quickly]," Tisdale revealed to Ryan Seacrest. "I think I've obviously been in long relationships in the past, but I think because of knowing what I wanted, I wouldn't have gone into a relationship, if it wasn't what I wanted. And I think from the moment that him and I met, I just knew it."

Tisdale is currently working on the upcoming flick "A Many Splintered Thing" where she stars alongside Chris Evans, Aubrey Plaza, and Topher Grace.

He did manage to send his congratulatory message by re-tweeting Tisdale's announcement and greeting: "Congrats Ash and Chris!"
