Country-turned-pop singer Taylor Swift has revealed in a recent interview with Rolling Stone that she's got an enemy.
The magazine's newest cover girl admitted that her song, "Bad Blood," which appears in her new album "1989," was inspired by a fellow singer who she thought was a friend. The 24-year-old confessed: "For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not."
"She would come up to me at awards shows and say something and walk away, and I would think, 'Are we friends, or did she just give me the harshest insult of my life?'," the "Shake it Off" singer added.
She continued to dish how her patience was tested last year, "She did something so horrible. I was like, 'Oh, we're just straight-up enemies.' And it wasn't even about a guy! It had to do with business. She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I'm surprisingly non-confrontational - you would not believe how much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid her. It's awkward, and I don't like it," quoted Hollywood Life of the blonde.
Katy Perry the Mean Girl?
With such a history and the blonde beauty refusing to name names, people are now wondering who the other celebrity could be. After news of the story broke out, many are alleging the "enemy" Swift is referring to is none other than pop A-Lister, Katy Perry.
Perry, 29, tweeted on Tuesday, "Watch out for the Regina George in sheep's clothing..."

While the "Dark Horse" singer didn't admit to anything, the "Mean Girls" reference may not just be a mere coincidence.
Huffington Post has also pointed out that three back up dancers that used to be with Swift left mid-tour to join Perry's group. "I was with Taylor for the first six months,'' backup dancer John Brownlie told the Examiner.
"It was a great experience and she's a great person to work with, but then Katy contacted us.''
The dancer revealed that they've worked previously with Perry so when an opportunity arose to work with the bombshell singer again, they were quick to take it. "We weren't really dancing in Taylor's tour anyway so I had got a little bored and I really wanted to do a promo tour,'' he added.
To date, there is no response from Swift or her camp on Katy's tweet.
