In one of the funniest celebrity feuds of recent memory, rapper 50 Cent and arguably the best boxer in the world, Floyd Mayweather, have taken to the 'Twittersphere' to throw jabs.

With the ALS ice bucket challenge fresh on the minds of fans, 50 Cent decided to level his own challenge to Mayweather, which included giving $750,000 to charity if the boxer could read a full page of a Harry Potter book.

Mayweather responded, saying that if 50 Cent could get his son to tell him he loved him on camera Mayweather would donate $1 million to charity.

The beef between 50 and Mayweather allegedly began in 2012 when Mayweather was on his way to jail for three months. 50 told Big Boy's Neighborhood on Power 106 that Floyd asked him to help start Mayweather Productions while he was away. 50 agreed, and began funneling money into the company, to the tune of an alleged $2 million.

After Floyd was released from jail, he went on a lavish spending spree as 50 looked on, wondering when he would be reimbursed. Mayweather claims that he never told 50 to spend the money and that he did it without permission.

Over time, the cheap shots got lower and lower, eventually escalating to an all out Twitter war that has the rap and boxing worlds scanning the social media scape with a bucket of popcorn.

The accusation of Mayweather being all but illiterate made the beef into a whole different animal. Jimmy Kimmel was quick to contact both 50 and Mayweather, saying that if Mayweather intended to show 50 he could a page out of Harry Potter, that it should happen on live TV.

Mayweather took the next cheap shot by insinuating that 50's son doesn't love him. Both celebrities get an "A" for creativity, although as 50 told Big Boy, Mayweather doesn't write his own jokes; that's what his entourage is for.

No matter what side you come down on, it's always funny to watch an argument from afar.
