Justin Bieber just can't stay out of trouble. The singer was spotted driving a three-wheel Can-Am Spyder motorcycle over a sidewalk and caused quite the commotion.

On Thursday, TMZ reported that the pop star drove his motorcycle down Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills. When the traffic proved to be too much, he then drove the vehicle on the sidewalk, almost hitting an elderly woman.

According to E! Online, such reckless driving is a "vehicle code violation, which is an infraction."

"We highly encourage Mr. Bieber to stay off the sidewalk and remain in traffic. This is incredibly unsafe. He's putting other people's safety in jeopardy," continued the police department's spokesperson.

Following the risky incident, Justin acted as if nothing happened while listening to music, added TMZ.

The 20-year-old is currently serving two years of probation following his earlier case of vandalism where the "Baby" hitmaker egged his neighbor's home in Calabasas, California. As part of his sentence, he is to perform five days of community service and complete a year's worth of anger management classes, recalled TVNZ.

The singer's rep told Mirror Online of the ruling when it has handed down: "Justin is glad to get this matter resolved and behind him. He will continue to move forward focusing on his career and his music."

Recently, Bieber had an altercation with actor Orlando Bloom in Ibiza. The "Lord of the Rings" actor reportedly took a swing at the singer over model Miranda Kerr.

He was also in the news for allegedly bribing a Canadian border official with $10,000 to let some members of his entourage with criminal records enter the country. In a separate report by TMZ, the group is said to have given "a female officer at the Niagara Falls border thousands of dollars in backstage passes to get members of his posse into the country while he performed."

Canada implements very strict policies on the entry of individuals with records. While it hasn't been confirmed, the said official is believed to have been fired and an internal memo was circulated, reiterating the rules against bribe-taking and the importance of whistle-blowing.

While Bieber still enjoys a massive fan following, there are some Hollywood stars that have had enough of the singer's antics.
