Is Miley Cyrus finally over her ex, Liam Hemsworth, and now dating pop superstar Justin Bieber?

Hollywood Life reports that Miley and Justin have been talking more recently. According to the report, the two seem to be getting closer since they are both single.

The report cites Heat magazine saying that Justin rushed to Miley's side after she and her fiancé broke up mid-September. "Justin reached out to say that she needs to loosen up and have fun," a source told the magazine.

The report continued stating that Justin was talking to the "Wrecking Ball" singer every night to lend his support. However, the support seems to go both ways as Miley seemed to be doing the same to Justin.

"I do mentor him in a way. Because I've been doing this s**t for a long time, and I already transitioned, and I don't think he's quite done yet... I just don't want to see him f**k up, to where people think he's Vanilla Ice," Miley told Rolling Stone.

Miley has been on the headlines for quite some time since her performance at the Video Music Awards 2013 sent the social media universe into a frenzy.

Also, she returned as the star of tabloids after she released her latest music video "Wrecking Ball" where the star appears naked striding a wrecking ball. The song is said to be dedicated to her ex-fiance Liam.

Miley has been receiving heavy criticism via various social media platforms and she recently received open letters from singer Sinead O'Connor. Miley responded to the much-discussed letter by mocking O'Connor's mental health issues via Twitter where Miley posted screengrabs of Sinead's condition years ago.
