Yes, Nina posted a provocative photo on her Instagram account without her clothes on. In the controversial photo, she held up a cardboard sign across her naked chest that read, "#getcovered," referring to President Obama's Affordable Care Act.

The actress explained in the caption, "I'm Canadian. We have healthcare for all. If you don't have insurance go and #GetCovered. Because w/o it, you're naked."

It seems that this is Nina's way to enlighten Americans to become aware of the healthcare benefits awarded by the government to all Americans thanks to the enacted legislation.

The new bill aims to provide everyone accessible and affordable health care benefit, especially those who do not have health insurance.

This very controversial law has been long fought to provide health care benefits to unprivileged citizens of America. Its passage to a law is also one of the main causes of the current government shutdown.

Nina is not the first star who showed their support for Obamacare. Among the other stars who professed their support to the new legislation are Kerry Washington, Sarah Silverman, Kate Bosworth, Julianne Moore and snowboarding king Shaun White. All of them used the slogan "#getcovered".
