Fans of the Metal Gear Solid franchise will want to tune in to Twitch next week as Metal Gear's creator, Hideo Kojima, will be there to preview the next upcoming installment in his espionage saga: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Kojima will be present to preview MSGV and even answer question afterward.

According to Konami's European blog, the event will be hosted by SPIKE TV's host Geoff Keighley and aims to provide fans with "the latest information about the upcoming Metal Gear Solid Title." If you're interested in attending the show in person, stay tuned to Konami's blog for more info. 

The show will be an hour long and broadcast live on Twitch and will be held in Cologne's Musical Dome, which has a capacity of 1600. Kojima will present the audience with "new gameplay" that will "show the impressive capabilities of Kojima Productions' breathtaking FOX Engine and more," according to Konami's blog. 

The event will also feature a live Q&A session immediately following the game demo, and Kojima himself will reportedly be taking and answering questions about the new game. Konami also promises the event will feature "a few surprises," but didn't provide any more details as to what fans can expect. 

Konami is promising Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain to be its "most extensive and ambitious" MSG title ever. There is currently no word on when the game will release (hopefully that will be announced at this event) but when it does launch, it will be available on Playstation4, Xbox One, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.

Konami has also announced that fans present at the show will also be able to purchase the latest in Metal Gear Solid merchandise, including a brand new Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeros Snake figurine.
