Rovio has rolled out a teaser trailer for the latest "Angry Bird" game, "Angry Bird Stella."

The 20-second short clip shows the pink-colored bird Stella with her friends Willow, Poppy, Luca and Dahlia. The teaser trailer also showed Stella's former friend - now her greatest enemy, Gale, also known as the Bad Princess. Gale is shown with a bunch of green Minion Pigs who will also be targeted by Stella and her friends.

The game was first announced by Rovio early this year as a game "about inspiration, empowerment and other real issues, without forgetting entertainment and quirky fun."

"Angry Birds Stella is breaking the mold by introducing strong, passionate characters who really stand for something, while adding plenty of action and reality into the mix", Mikael Hed, CEO of Rovio Entertainment, said in a press release statement.

"The Angry Birds Stella story will live and evolve across physical and digital, bridging them in fun and innovative ways. Stella and her friends are here to stay, with plenty of adventures ahead of them," he added.

True enough, Rovio also rolled out a trailer for a cartoon show involving the characters in "Angry Birds Stella." The animated series based on the said game will debut on air by November.

Fans and viewers will be able to access the cartoon show on TV and video on demand services worldwide, the Angry Birds website said. 13 episodes, one for each week, comprise Season 1 of the "Angry Birds Stella" TV show. Each episode, is "a moving tale of adventure, heroism and friendship," said the website.

Judging from the stills posted on the Angry Birds website, "Angry Birds Stella" is pretty much like the original "Angry Birds" game. One main difference, aside from the new characters, is that the game is set in Golden Island.

"Angry Birds Stella" will also have a new line of TELEPODS, the game's website said, as well as exciting gameplay features.

According to Android Community, Stella made her first game appearance in "Angry Birds Seasons." The pink bird reportedly debuted in the Back to School episode.

Now, Stella is getting her very own game - centered on her and her friends. "Angry Birds Stella" is out September 4.
