Dame and English actress Helen Mirren made a great revelation on her thoughts about the latest and upcoming film adaptation of the erotic novel "Fifty Shades of Grey."
According to Independent UK, the 69-year-old veteran actress recently answered several questions thrown by Jimmy Fallon during a Snow White parody called "Mirren Mirren" during "The Tonight Show."
They threw rhyming question and answer statements to each other with Helen Mirren appearing to be on the mirror reflection of Fallon.
At a certain point in the parody, Mirren was asked regarding her thoughts on the bestselling novel by E.L. James - to which she answered, "Whips and chains are not my style, but who doesn't enjoy a jolly good spanking once in a while?"
The Province.com added more memorable answers from the actress who is also the wife of US director Taylor Hackford.
Asked what her usual order from Subway is, the Academy Award winning actress answered, "My motto in life is you can never go wrong, by treating yourself to a nice foot-long."
Furthermore, during the funny stint, Mirren also confessed that she loves the cult-film "Sharknado" and that she once dreamed of being an "American Ninja Warrior" contestant.
The actress who just turned 69 last month appeared for the show's 100th episode along with film hitmaker James Cameron.
The ageless Helen Mirren impressed everyone during the premiere of her latest movie "The Hundred-Foot Journey" held in New York on Monday, reported Daily Mail UK.
She arrived wearing an outfit that reminds everyone of a 1950s fashion and appeal. She was also seen posing alongside the movie's big time producers Steven Spielberg and Oprah Winfrey.
In her latest movie, Mirren plays the role of a matriarch and owner of a French restaurant. She gets into a turf war when an Indian clan remakes an old building right across the street and turns it into a festive eatery.
"Fifty Shades of Grey" release date is set to happen on Valentine's Day of 2015.
It recently had its official trailer released which already made history by gaining more than a hundred millions views in just a week after its big reveal.
The "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie will star Jamie Dornan as the hot businessman Christian Grey and Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele. The rest of the cast include Rita Ora and Marcia Gay Harden among many others.
