The video of Taylor Swift visiting a terminally ill cancer patient in the Boston Children's Hospital this weekend may be the cutest thing since Ms Swift's cat memes started surfacing. For real. Don't believe us? Watch below. But be warned, you may cry. Like, a lot. Or perhaps forever-ever-ever.

It's that cute.

Swift stopped by the hospitall to visit Jordan, a 6-year-old boy who is currently battling leukemia.

She surprises the young patient, who happens to be a super fan of hers, with a meet-and-greet meant to brighten the kid's day. It looks like it worked, based on Jordan's overjoyed reaction, and it really makes us want to forgive Ms Swift for all those breakup songs she's released lately.

Honestly, it's pretty stinkin' cute, and we'll forgive a lot of subpar music in lieu of cuteness.

What's pretty amazing about the entire thing, however, is just how big of a smile -- and even bigger of a personality -- Jordan bears while hospitalized. It really is adorable and empowering to watch.

Jordan also suffers from a rare genetic disorder called Williams Syndrome, which causes physical and developmental disabilities. Still, he managed to play a round or two of air hockey with the country star, who is equally as adorable in the video. The duo chats about Spiderman in between air hockey matches, and they just somehow make quite the pair.

But what really gets the happy tears a'flowin' is the moment when Swift pulls out her guitar. The cute country star then asks Jordan which song he would like to hear, to which he responds he wants to hear her favorite.

We'll just let you guess what that is -- but be prepared to have it stuck in your head for-ever-ever-ever.
