Police are investigating yet another incident of the NYPD using a chokehold to restrain a New York resident -- this time involving a 7-month-pregnant mother accused of illegal grilling -- in an incident that was caught on film over the weekend.

New video still shots released by an East New York advocacy group on Monday show 27-year-old Rosan Miller struggling with an officer, who appears to have an arm around her neck in an effort to restrain her.

In the stills, Miller's pregnant belly protrudes from underneath her shirt as a young child looks on.

According to reports, officers went to the home where Miller was over the weekend after reports of a person grilling on a public sidewalk, which is violation of local law, according to police.

While officers were investigating the reports, chaos broke out, and Miller, her brother and husband all ended up in handcuffs.

Rosan Miller was charged with disorderly conduct, while her husband Moses Miller and her brother John Miller were arrested for obstruction of justice and resisting arrest. John Miller was also charged with harassment.

Photos of the incident were released Monday by advocacy group People Organizing and Working for Empowerment and Respect, and have made waves among the community. NYPD has been inundated with accusations of using the banned chokehold in recent weeks, in the wake of Eric Garner's death.

When former New York city councilman Charles Barron got word of the incident, he called the NYPD to help "expedite" the Millers' release, he said.

"This was all over a grill," Barron said. "This is about grilling in front of her house."

Barron pointed out that the woman's daughter, a young child, was subjected to watching her mother be put in a chokehold and witnessing her arrest.

The accusations of use of the banned chokehold by NYPD have been making headlines over the last week, after the death of Eric Garner in Staten Island made waves among the nation.

Garner was accused of selling individual cigarettes on the streets of Staten Island, and died after being put into a chokehold by an NYPD officer. The investigation into Eric Garner's death is still pending.
