Daniel Radcliffe continues his acting career, leaving behind the shadows of his most famous Harry Potter role.

In his recent candid interview with Elle Magazine, Daniel talked about the most interesting of things, from losing his virginity to shedding off his clothes on stage and in the big screen, E! Online reports.

The interview briefly recalled that he was as young as 11 years old when he started doing the very first film adaptation of the "Harry Potter" book series. Now that he's 25 years old, he's been getting himself involved in projects far from the boy wizard role he has always been known for.

Daniel took his clothes off on Broadway stage for "Equus," and did a love scene with a man in the movie, "Kill Your Darlings." On a more recent note, he try his luck in a romantic comedy flick alongside Zoe Kasan for "What If."

On losing his virginity

The Elle Magazine interview also got Daniel talking about how he lost his virginity.

"It was with somebody I'd gotten to know well. I'm happy to say I've had a lot better sex since then, but it wasn't as horrendously embarrassing as a lot of other people's were - like my friend who got drunk and did it with a stranger under a bridge," Radcliffe explained.

He said he prefers to have sex while sober and this goes the same for the person he's doing it with.

News.com.au also noted how the actor views marriage. He denied speculations that he is now engaged with his current girlfriend, Erin Drake. The couple worked together on "Kill Your Darlings."

Daniel will next be seen in the dark fantasy thriller titled "Horns." It revolves around a young guy who finds odd horns growing out of his head after his girlfriend mysteriously died.

The actor is supposed to attend his first ever Comic-Con but he is reportedly stuck in Toronto due to a speculated visa glitch that delayed his entrance to the U.S., reports Page Six.
