Miami Heat's Chris Bosh is now selling his 10,755-square-foot mansion in the Pacific Palisades for $14.5 million.

The Heat forward, according to the Los Angeles Times, has decided to sell his home which is a mix of Mediterranean and Balinese influences.

The same report notes that the property, which was built in 2001, has a great view of the Topanga Canyon and the Pacific Ocean. It has polished floors, detailed columns, built-ins and glass walls, the Los Angeles Times adds.

To add to its grandeur, Bosh's mansion also has an office with a fireplace, a grand dining room, a home theater and a chef's kitchen. His master suite, according to the Los Angeles Times, has a big walk-in closet and a spa-like bath. His bedroom is only one of the six bedrooms and eight bathrooms in his residence.

The outdoor of Bosh's mansion is composed of an infinity pool with a bar, cabana, an outdoor kitchen and sunken fireplace, Los Angeles Times adds.

Trulia, an online residential real estate site, has already posted on its Twitter page a photo of Bosh's pricey mansion.

CBS Sports notes that the mansion was listed for only about $9 million a few months back while his South Beach home is pegged at $12 million.

It was noted by the Los Angeles Times that the property was, at one point, leased by actor and musician Danny Glover.

According to Los Angeles Times, Bosh is considered as one of NBA's most prolific spenders as he is known to have multiple properties like a 4,200-square-foot condominium unit at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Dallas which the player bought in 2013 for $3 million.  The same report adds that he also procured two properties in Desoto, Texas.

Last week, Bosh revealed that he chose to stay in Miami because of his family. ESPN earlier reported that Bosh's choice was a decision that made him and his family happy.

''We've built a life in South Florida and we're comfortable. So I had to do what's best now for myself and my family," Bosh earlier told Fox Sports.

Bosh added that his heart is in Miami and that he wants to keep building relationships there as he continues to play with the Heat.

Former Miami Heat teammate LeBron James, unlike Bosh, opted for free agency this upcoming season and has decided to return to Cleveland after the Heat's upsetting loss to the San Antonio Spurs in the recent NBA Finals.
