Selena Gomez looks like she's moved on from former flame Justin Bieber and into the arms of hunky beau Tommaso "Tommy" Chiabra. Gomez, who is celebrating her 22nd birthday with friends in St. Tropez is seen getting up close and personal with her new man.

Along with Tommy, Selena is celebrating with model-friend Cara Delevingne while rocking their bikinis under the sun. Selena's group was getting flirty with her hunky man as they jet ski together and was photographed being wrapped by Tommy with a big yellow towel.

Epoch Times reports that Chiabra, 28, refers to himself as a "world traveler" and based on his social media photos, has spent a lot of time traveling. The site reveals that Chiabra is a businessman that founded a yacht company, "The Royal Yacht" back in 2011 which deals with the sales of a wide range of luxury yachts. 

Tommy is said to be a socialite of sorts in the European scene and rubs elbows with some of the region's rich and famous.

The DailyMail UK notes that the hunk was linked to "Gossip Girl" actress Jessica Szohr for a time but have not been seen together in public for about a month. "Almost a month ago to the day, Jessica and Tommy were seen around Italy looking loved up, seeing the sights and getting very hot and steamy in a Portofino swimming pool," reports the outlet.

Aside from Szohr, Chiabra has also been spotted in the past being incredibly friendly with one Ms. Lindsay Lohan.

The "Come & Get It" singer was also noted to have been holding hands with the new man as they jumped off the boat together, writes JustJared. Selena is seen sporting a ton of smiles and looks to be enjoying her birthday celebration.

Gomez has had quite the year, from a turbulent relationship with Bieber, the "Love You Like a Love Song" singer allegedly went to rehab during the beginning of the year and has had reported fallouts with close friends Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift. She's said to be "detoxing" from negative influences, mostly Bieber, and is focusing on the positive side of life.

While it hasn't been confirmed by either parties, from the look of things, romance is definitely in the air for these two.
