Miami Heat fans are looking to the 2014-15 lineup changes in hope turning things around after the loss of LeBron James.

The additions of Luol Deng and Chris McRoberts to Miami's lineup could put the two in as instant starters, while rookie Shabazz Napier may have to ride the bench for a season or two.

It is doubtful with veterans Dwayne Wade, Mario Chalmers and Norris Cole on the roster that Napier would get the starting role.

Where the real controversy will surface for the Heat is in deciding whether or not to play Chalmers or Cole.

Cole is an electric spark plug off the bench. He plays with an aggressive and fearless manner that infuses his team with confidence.

Chalmers, on the other hand, is usually is a solid player during the regular season, but in the NBA Playoffs he seems to stumble. This could be the year that Cole is able to overtake Chalmers for the starting role.

Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade are locked into starting slots, but what remains to be seen is how many games Wade can actually play. Last season Wade was taken out to rest almost every other game, but yet still fizzled in the playoffs.

With Birdman and McRoberts at the center position, it seems that Bosh could officially be moved to the power forward spot. The Heat have constantly played 'small' with Bosh taking over the center position. While Bosh has the length, he is not a true center.

The Miami Heat's lack of rebounding has been their Achilles heel, at least in recent memory. The athletic McRoberts should be a rebounding force, while also having the ability to spread the floor.

Danny Granger and Udonis Haslem will make great backups for the Heat. Their veteran experience and leadership may prove to be useful when the season draws to a close.

No matter what trials plague the Miami Heat, with coach Eric Spoelstra and general manager Pat Riley, a new day is always on the horizon.
