A young father has beaten the rapist of his 5-year-old daughter to death and will not face any charges as decided by the grand jury of Texas.

The 23-year-old father beat the 47-year-old rapist with his own bare hands when he found him molesting his daughter in a remote barn. According to the state law of Texas, such 'deadly force is allowed and justified in line with stopping a sex assault. It was even supported with 911 calls the father made just to save the suspect's life too.

The Story Behind The Tragic Incident

According to the sheriff's deputies, the unnamed father sent her daughter and son to feed their chickens. His son rushed back to their home to tell him that someone took his daughter to a shack and when he went to the target place, he found the molester and his daughter with both underwear garments off.

It was out of extreme rage that he started beating Jesus Mora Flores until the molester was already unconscious. Sheriff Micah Harmon shared with CNN that the father has all the right to defend and protect his daughter. Hence, he decided to not press any charges against the dad and present the case to the grand jury instead.

The 5-year-old girl was taken to a hospital for further medical examination and proved to be sexually molested. There was even one witness who saw Flores carry the girl with force to the area that is secluded.

Sheriff Harmon believed to right to the end that it was not the father's intent at all to kill the molester. No evidence so far has made the authorities doubt the father's story.

Residents of the tiny town of Lavaca County also showed support to the father, even adding that the killed molester deserved his own death.
