Well, it appearj J Lo is up for the Miley twerking challenge.

At 44-years-old J Lo looked younger than ever as she graced the stage with a twerk-dance performance in Miami. 

J Lo hit the stage last night at the "iHeartRadio Ultimate Pool Party," in which she performed her new single "Booty," which came along with an epic performance of booty-shaking and twerking.

Miley Cyrus was one of the first pop divas to bring twerking to the stage. Initially it was met with criticism and disgust from parents who still remember when their kids watching "Hannah Montana."

The youth, however, have a different opinion about twerking. The fad has invaded social media, the Internet, music performances and even television.  

Jimmy Kimmel helped push twerking with one of his infamous prank videos that showed a girl twerking up against a door. Her friend entered the room through the door, which knocked the twerker onto a coffee table. A fire started by way of a candle sitting on the table, and news organizations all over the world fell for the hoax.

Although J Lo is 23 years older than Miley, she sure can shake it, and some might even say better.
