Michelle Rodriguez and Zac Efron may have taken their relationship to the next level as the pair were spotted locking lips in Sardinia over the weekend. New photos have surfaced of the two celebrities enjoying a romantic vacation and showing a ton of PDA.

"Fast and The Furious" actress, Michelle Rodriguez, 35, hogged the headlines a few months after being involved with a 21-year-old supermodel, Cara Delevinge and now, according to Perezhilton.com, it "seems like she's playing for the other team!"

The pair touched down in a private jet at the Sardinia Airport on Thursday and were seen over the weekend being hosted on an Italian getaway adventure by Italian businessman Gianluca Vacchi and his lady love.

According to E! Online's sources, "Efron and Rodriguez set sail on their boating trip at around 11:30 a.m. one morning and stayed out on the water until around 4:30 p.m." Their sources indicate that "the duo was very friendly and seemed to be very relaxed saying ‘They both looked really happy'."

Over Vacchi's Instagram account, the entrepreneur posted a number of videos and photos with the pair on what seems to be a double-date island adventure.

The Italian native posted a number of videos of the four water-lovers, including this one below where Rodriguez shows off her core strength and awesome physique. Other videos include Zac and Gianluca doing backflips off the side of their luxury yacht as a bikini-donning Michelle records the moment. A video of a choreographed dance number featuring Zac Efron is also circulating online.

This comes as a surprise given that Efron, 26, has indicated in a previous interview that he's unable to commit to a serious relationship given his work schedule.

"As actors we are constantly running around and having adventures - our job can involve a lot of different twists and turns that we don't always expect. And I don't want to go into a relationship in which I can't 100 percent commit to that person all the time," quoted Yahoo! of Efron speaking to British newspaper Metro.

Recent sightings of the two could mean that Efron and Rodriguez are just having some fun together.
