An annual celebration since 1976, the Macy's 4th of July Fireworks is one of the biggest in the United States. This year, the show will return to the East River for the first time since 2009, with fireworks being set off from the Brooklyn Bridge and barges in the water below.
Over 40,000 pyrotechnics will be set off, and artists like Ariana Grande, Hunter Hayes, Miranda Lambert, and Lionel Richie will be in tow, helping to ring in the holiday along with the massive fireworks show.
