What to Watch For:
The Italians will rely heavily on not only Balotelli but Andrea Pirlo. The Azzure will advance to the next round with a win or draw against Uruguay. Uruguay will rest their hopes on striker Luis Suarez.

Uruguay advanced to the semi-finals in the 2010 World Cup, and is looking to regain that form.
