Twenty years after the making of the hit 1994 film "Dumb and Dumber," the Farrelly brothers will finally release the long-awaited sequel with original actors Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels reprising their roles.

Whatstrending.com caught up with Peter and Bobby Farrelly, creators of "Dumb and Dumber To" at Bonnaroo and they had some pretty awesome little tidbits on the upcoming film.

Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels are irreplaceable and the Farrelly brothers agree. "We weren't going to make it without Jim Carrey," they revealed. "We didn't want to make it unless it was as good as the first, and the first was really good, so we really had to work our asses off."

The movie was a long time coming and took major preps including a 2-3 year timeline just to pound out the script.

The best reveal of the interview? It's something quite exciting.

The blog site writes, "The brothers aren't stopping either. They gave us the inside scoop as to what else they have up their sleeves... and let's just say it starts with ‘There's Something About' and ends with ‘Mary.' Yes, you heard the right! Only this time, they may be turning it into a Broadway show. Stay tuned for more details on that!"

That could only mean one thing, someone may be walking down the aisle in the sequel.

What else did the comedic geniuses reveal? One of the best parts of film production is putting the music in the end. If they were sniffing around and enjoying the music at Bonnaroo, could it mean the sound track could include some artists from the event?

The buzz is high and the anticipation is mounting. Since it's release, the movie's official trailer has already taken in more than 20 million views!

That's not a surprise considering twenty years ago when Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dune first appeared on the silver screen, they managed to nab a whopping $247 million worldwide, noted Deadline.com.

The official trailer runs for under three minutes and its packed with adventure, laughs and a whole lot of entertainment. It's almost impossible to figure out how a catheter, vending machine and old-people sex joke could have fit in such a short clip!

Below is the video of the interview by whatstrending.com as well as the official film trailer released earlier this week.

Fasten your seatbelts and get ready for stomach-grabbing laughs as the Universal film is set for theater release November 14, 2014.
