Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber can't stay away from each other. The on-again-off-again couple appear to be back in each other's arms (yes, again) after being spotted together Monday night. 

TMZ has reported that the pair were together in Malibu with Gomez, 21, unable to keep her hands off the "Baby" singer.

The celebrity news outlet writes, "Justin and Selena partied together at Bootsy Bellows --at a birthday celebration for a friend -- and it appears she never left his side" and further claims that Selena spent the day with Justin at the beach with friends.

A video was uploaded on Khalil's Instagram account that shows the two stars side by side during the birthday celebration of their mutual friend Alfredo Flores.

To add more information on the night's festivities, Perezhilton.com reports that a knowing insider claims, "Jelena was showing some PDA action - holding hands and staying by each other's side the entire evening."

Another source has also spoken out saying that Justin has been making attempts to get a reconciliation going with his former flame and said: "He has been trying to patch things up with Selena...He does love her."

How did Justin do it? Hollywoodlife.com wrote that the rekindled romance happened around the time Justin was in hot water for racist jokes he made in the past.

"Justin reached out to Selena when he was getting tons of backlash for his controversial race joke. He told Selena that he really missed her, that she was the ONLY one who truly understood him and that he needed her by his side," revealed the insider. "He also told her that she was his one and only soulmate and that he was lost without her. Words that Selena had longed to hear, even though she's basically heard them before. Yep, they are crazy about each other... once again."

For the better part of the year, rumors of the couple's reconciliation have been rampant but recent sightings of the two seem to be the most credible evidence that for the couple, love is lovelier the second, third, fourth... errr... nth time around.

While the reason for the pair's split was never confirmed, reports surfaced that the Canadian-born Bieber cheated on Gomez back in January 2013, recalls IB Times. Bieber has since been up and about being linked to various other celebrities as well as older women and models alike.

Gomez began dating Bieber back in 2010 and has been linked to a number of male celebrities like Austin Mahone, to name an example.

The most recent antics of the Bieber-Selena relationship rumor mill was last week when Justin took to Instagram out of the blue to post a photo of himself being intimately hugged by Gomez. The photo was accompanied by a caption that read: "Our love is unconditional." The photo was quickly deleted after posting.
