Wrestling's most anticipated fight came back alive on Monday night with WWE Monday Night Raw Live from Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. Qualifiers for the upcoming Money in the Bank pay-per-view were announced along with other fight highlights.
CSS noted in its live blog that HHH and Stephanie sent out their roster on stage for a meeting aimed to turn the roster and wrestling fabs on Daniel Bryan who claimed he was not a fighting champion.
For the match between Seth Rollins and Dolph Ziggler, the latter won because of a disqualification call. But for Bad News Barret, it was a countout victory against Dean Ambrose who was nailed with a clothesline from behind.
According to CSS, Reigns was also seen in the backstage trying to convince Vickie to include him in Battle Royale.
Sheamus also won via disqualification against Bray Wyatt after the two traded punches and uppercuts in a game where a ladder played an important role in suicide dive that nailed Sheamus' victory.
It was a different story however for Rusev who won by submission against Slater. Slater, according to CSS, was laid out by a jumping side kick giving Rusev the victory.
Meanwhile, at the backstage, it was noted that Steph threw up all over Vickie who was eventually heard screaming when HHH left her.
For the tag team match between Adam Rose/Summer Rae versus Fandango/Layla, Rose and Summer win by pinfall. According to Bleacher Report, Summer and Layla were tagged in moments after they started brawling. "Layla tags out quickly and Summer chases her to the back while Fandango and Rose continue. Rose hits the Party Foul for a quick win," the report read.
BNB, RVD, Bo Dallas, Rusev, Reigns, and Ryback went head to head for a coveted spot in the WWEWHC during the Battle Royale. CSS noted that Rusev and Reigns were able to quickly clear the ring but the latter sent his opponent out first thus earning the spot.
For the Paige versus Cameron match, Cameron wins by a pinfall just like the Dust Bros who went against Ryxabel.
And for the most awaited stretcher match between John Cena and Kane, Cena pushed his opponent into the stretcher and pushed Kane across the line earning him a spot in the WWEWHC Ladder Match.
