The upcoming installment of "Transformers 4: Age of Extinction" has released yet another promotional clip, this time of star Nicola Peltz being chased by Dinobots!
Michael Bay's team has no plans of letting anyone forget that the film is about to hit theaters. Numerous TV clips and trailers have been keeping fans' anticipation high and they are expected to line up at the theaters to see the whole film!
According to Ecumenical News, "The movie released a new trailer and it shows the Dinobots. This is the first time that the Dinobots will appear in a Transformers movie, and long-time fans of the movie franchise are both excited and thrilled to see these ravenous robots on the big screen."
In the trailer that runs over two minutes, we see a lot of the same scenes but there is more footage of the dinobots towards the end that show the strength and power of the jurassic robots. You can see dinobots in the air, with Optimus Prime riding the back of a monstrous dinobot. A spectacular fight sequence of Prime jumping from the bot to battle its opponents was also featured.
In this post-original cast installment, the heroic Autobots are not welcome in planet earth. Thought to be extinct, what remains of them are being hunted by authorities. The story zeroes in on auto mechanic Cade Yager (Mark Wahlberg), who finds an old truck that turms out to be Autobots leader Optimus Prime. Starring in the film is his daughter, played by Peltz.
The film is geared toward the Chinese crowd given that "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" sales reached north of $165 million in China, writes Filmonic.com. The hype and curiosity over the makeover and separation from the original trilogy could make this movie a great success.
Expect the "Transformers: Age of Extinction" to drop in theaters on June 27 in regular cinemas, iMAX and 3D. The film is directed by Michael Bay, produced by Steven Spielberg with screenplay by Ehren Kruger.
Aside from Wahlberg and Peltz, Jack Reynor, the actor who replaced Shia LaBeaouf in the franchise, will also star in the film.
