Kim Kardashian, who has remained out of the limelight since giving birth to her daughter on June 15, finally made a public appearance with her baby North West.

The new mom was spotted with her boyfriend Kanye West, their nanny and the famous Kimye baby outside a medical facility in Los Angeles, California, on Wednesday, reports TMZ. [See photo.]

The good news is that the couple looked happy and healthy during the outing--even Kanye, who has become infamous for physically and verbally attacking paparazzi as of late.

However, the bad news is that little Nori was completely covered by a blanket, thus leaving the world in further suspense.   According to reports, Kim and Kanye are not interested in selling the first pics of her new bundle of joy and may release them to a magazine or on social media instead like Bey and Jay did with Blue Ivy Carter.

Kim was also covered up, hiding her post-pregnancy physique with a long-sleeved, baggy shirt and a sweater tied around her waist.

New reports suggest that Kim K. may incorporate her maternal instincts into her fashion business by designing a kids' clothing line. Kim's friend, designer Lloyd Klein, is working on his own children's line, and he thinks Kardashian should as well.

According to the 48-year-old fashion guru, creating a children's line is in Kim's future and he wants to collaborate with her to bring it to fruition.

"I am sure she is going to come up with a line for babies," Lloyd told the New York Daily News. "It's very cute to design for babies. [It would be] soft colors, pastels, something very dreamy and still trendy."
