"Glee" fans everywhere are shocked about the news that Naya Rivera, who plays Santana, an original character of the show, may have been fired from the hit musical show.

Stop the press, because according to The Hollywood Reporter, Rivera's representative has cleared up the rumor, saying, "Any reports or rumors circulating that Naya Rivera was let go or fired from 'Glee' are absolutely untrue. End of story."

The NY Daily News wrote Monday that a feud between Naya Rivera, 27, and Lea Michele, 27, has resulted in Naya being fired from the show.

This issue stems from earlier reports that an on-set altercation had taken place between Rivera and Michelle and that there has been trouble on the "Glee" set which escalated to a rift between the diva actresses. However, there have been conflicting claims as to what exactly happened on set - with different versions of the incident coming to light.

The Hollywood Reporter's souces claim that Rivera has not been banned from the set. "Rumors that the actress cleaned out her trailer and won't return to the series are being misrepresented as Rivera is already on hiatus from the show. Sources also say that the actress has not received any letters from the network or studio to change her behavior," said the insider.

For those who have been tuning into the "Glee" show, the outlet explains that the character of Santana Lopez (Rivera) has been very dynamic and has been appearing in the new season "sporadically." It seems that Lopez is going through a lot as a character and is doing a bit of soul-searching, suggests the entertainment news website.

Naya has been active on Twitter posting about "Glee" with one of her recent posts on April 30 saying, "SO excited to watch Glee tonight! #doowop #shirleymaclaine #fancy."

Rivera has also been through a lot lately off-screen. She and her fiance Big Sean have recently called off their engagement with very public arguments coursed through social media.
