Thalía's may have switched focus to a children's CD titled "Viva Kids," but the Mexican singer still has big plans and is determined to accomplish them all.

"My dreams are to continue being healthy, to be attentive and focused because by being consistent across my body, spirit and mind, my dreams have no limits," she said at a press conference. "There are millions of things that I can achieve in music, acting or my businesses."

She also talked about being a mother, recently visiting her grandmother in Mexico, and how children need to feel loved, respected and valued. She admits that parents can sometimes say terrible things to children, and said it shouldn't be that way.

Thalía described her children's CD as a personal project. The album's themes remind Thalía of her own childhood and mother.

"I never planned to share these with the public," she said. "I recorded eight song in my studio for my children...However, a few months ago, a Sony Music executive came to my house to discuss plans for another album I am working on. I told him that I'd like to send him something for his children and he said: 'This needs to come out of here.' I refused because it wasn't my marker, but I got in touch with producer Armando ávila and we began shaping the album."

If the album does well, she might consider recording another children's album.

Thalía's also working on a web series, which translates to "This Is How We Do It." Broadcast on YouTube, the show will features Thalía interviewing Latinos in the United States.

Thalía also explained that she doesn't plan to have any more children because it's a big job and she's already 42. She also said that she will not do telenovelas, at least for the time being.

"It's a big commitment," she said. "There are too many hours of work and no."

This is a similar sentiment shared by William Levy and Kate Del Castillo, who have also chosen to stay away from telenovelas.
