Cecilia Galliano is tired of what she is saying are lies.
In the latest round of legal battles, the 37-year-old actress lashed out against her ex-husband Sebastían Rulli to TV Notas. The two have been fighting over a BMW she gave him when they were together. After more than a year of being apart, she asked for the car back, but he said that he had already sold it. Galliano said it wasn't his to sell because she owned it, but Rulli said she had signed over the rights.
Galliano is sure that her signature has been falsified.
Both have been speaking out against each other, but it really seems Galliano has had enough.
"I'm very sad," she said. "I have no reason to be here. The hearing was a waste of time because his expert didn't show up. It's an injustice. It's not about the car or the money. It's that the abuse was enough already."
She said he ended up with everything. She left only with her children, Santiago and Valentina, and a bag.
"He fought to stay with the house that we both lived in for 10 years," she said. "Now he lives there, and we went and rented a place, which was an injustice. According to the divorce decision, I only get $40,000 in monthly support. He later asked for the Hummer and the motorcycle, and I gave them to him."
It wasn't the same case when she asked for the BMW, she added.
Though she was only looking for emotional stability during the time of the divorce, she can't help being upset at how everything played out. For example, the house was allegedly completely paid by her. She said she built it "brick by brick" and didn't receive half of the cost of the house from her then-husband.
But why did it work out this way?
"Because that's how he decided it would be," she said. "People can have opinions on everything, but this, I wholeheartedly wouldn't wish any woman to go through what I'm going through. When people critique me and say 'what else do you want to take?' I say, 'I haven't taken anything.'"
