Cristian Castro will make headlines one way or another, and this time is because of what he wore.
Castro wore a blonde wig, heavy eye makeup and a referee costume meant for a woman. He collaborated with the bands Coda and Genitallica. His mother, Veronica Castro, helped with his look, according to Ideal.
"My mom wanted to do my makeup and dress me up in gold, but I told her no because if not, I would look like Paulina Rubio...," he said.
He added that he would have cheerleaders, and that he would dance with them to set choreography, notes TV Y Novelas. Once he's in the costume, he's ready for everything.
He joked around about not wanting to be seen, too.
"Hopefully no one sees me on the television," he said. "That's all I ask of God..."
But he actually seemed as though he were enjoying himself. He posted the picture on Twitter, and said, "Yesterday, I finally came out of the closet !!!!! Thanks to you Ricky !!!!!!" The image showed him pulling his skirt up.
Castro was in the music video called "Quiéreme," which is off the album "A la Larga te Acostumbras."
The last time what he wore made news was when he posted nude pictures to Twitter. The safe for work picture only featured a little bit of chest. He's noticeably in a bed, while he puckers his lips. He told followers that the nudie picture was so that they didn't get used to seeing him with clothes.
