William Levy may have denied having a relationship with Ximena Navarrete almost a year ago, but he certainly hasn’t stopped getting close to her.

In a new video, obtained by TV Notas, Levy wishes the Miss Universe winner a happy birthday. It might seem innocent enough, but it seems the videos were orchestrated by him. He appears alongside a few different groups to say “happy birthday” and “we love you.” He appears to be very happy in the video.

The 26-year-old actress who was on “La Tempestad” with Levy recently had her birthday on Feb. 22. We know he can put on a party, as he put together a mini carnival for his children earlier in the year. But perhaps the thoughtfulness and effort he spent on Navarrete are too much for a man who is supposed to be with someone else.

That’s what a source close to the actor is saying. The source says that the actor is actually in love with Navarrete and that he is ready to marry her. He’s no longer living with Gutiérrez, and right now, he wants to really do everything the right way with Navarrete.

The source also adds that the two have been romantically involved for almost a year.

“There’s only a little bit of time left for him,” the source said about Levy’s relationship with Gutiérrez. “Soon though, he will announce that he has broken it off with her.”

Levy has been noticeably absent from social media since March 15, when he shared pictures of his children’s birthday party.
