Cecilia Galliano has been accused of not wanting to give Mark Tacher a child because she doesn't want to gain weight, but the real reason is actually much more serious.

After the birth of her second child, Galliano faced many complications, and she's been too afraid to become pregnant and possibly go through the same problems once again, according to TV Y Novelas.

"What happened is that with Santi it was a lot of work to get pregnant," she said. "Afterwards, they found a cancerous cyst, so I had a lot of health problems. It's not that I don't want to get pregnant again. It's that I'm scared."

She has a monthly checkup to detect any ailments.

"I had problems in my ovaries," she said. "I had surgery there, and each month I have to get a checkup to see if it has returned because if it happens, I have to have another operation."

She hasn't completely ruled out pregnancy, but she knows it will take some more time. It's something she really has to think about.

In the meantime, she, Tacher and the rest of her family try not to let this and just negative situations dampen their spirits. She's currently fighting her ex-husband Sebastián Rulli, with whom she shares her second child, Santi.

"I think we're very united," she said. "We communicate a lot. Those things don't come past the entrance of our door. They stay in the courts. I'm calm, and I hope the truth will come out."

Mark Tacher remains supportive of Galliano, and he trusts her decision making.
