Lemon made a less than triumphant return to Bluebell on the latest "Hart of Dixie."

In "Here You Come Again," Lemon Breeland (Jaime King) returns to Bluebell, and Brick (Tim Matheson) decides to hold a surprise homecoming party for her.

Zoe (Rachel Bilson) and Joel (Josh Cooke) have bought the house they had been eyeing, and Zoe's relationship with the Wilkes is improving. Yet, Joel is uncomfortable with Zoe's mother's constant, overbearing attention.

Wade (Wilson Bethel) asks Vivian (Lauren Bittner) to be his date to Lemon's homecoming party, but Vivian declines, saying she spent too much time with Lemon when they were younger.

At the party, everyone is waiting for Lemon's arrival, but she is running late. Wade then gets a phone call from Lemon, and she says she's in jail. Wade goes to jail and bails her out, and she tells him that her grandmother drove her crazy while she was away, and that she is currently seeing two men, Enrique and Carter. The two men don't know each other, and Lemon wants to keep it that way.

But Carter and Enrique both arrive in Bluebell to surprise Lemon, so she tries to keep them separated at the party.

Annabeth (Kaitlyn Black) and Lavon (Cress Williams) are still on bad terms throughout the episode. Annabeth also tells Lemon that she rejoined the Belles while she was gone.

Meanwhile, Zoe's mother takes on Zoe as a client, but Zoe doesn't like that her mom has to badmouth Brick in order for her to regain half of her practice.

In the end, her mom realizes that Zoe likes Bluebell because the town and its inhabitants offer Zoe the things she never could.

Lemon's party then ends in disaster. Lemon's grandmother was going to give Lemon money to buy Fancy's because she believed that Lemon was going to marry Carter. But she retracts her offer once she finds out that Lemon is two-timing two suitors.

Lemon's two admirers leave the party after the revelation, but end up staying in Bluebell to fight for Lemon's heart.

On the next episode, "Ring of Fire," "Joel hires unreliable workers to do renovations, and one gets hurt and threatens to sue. Elsewhere, Lavon uses Lemon's two suitors to entice people to attend the town's Renaissance faire; and Wayne looks forward to his anniversary with Vivian."

Also, on future episodes, George (Scott Porter) and Lemon will spend more time together, and there will be some sparks--but they might not be sparks of love.
