March Madness is officially on and eight teams from the East Region will begin their quest for glory on Thursday.

Harvard Crimson (12) vs. Cincinnati Bearcats (5)
The Harvard University Crimson will look to duplicate their performance last year, but standing in their way are the fifth-seeded University of Cincinnati Bearcats, who will look to prove their doubters wrong when they collide at Spokane Arena in Washington.

Harvard made headlines last year after scoring an upset win as a No. 14 seed, defeating the heavily-favored University of New Mexico Lobos in the second round before losing to the University of Arizona in the next round.

While the Bearcats are seeded higher than the Crimson, basketball analysts, and even President Barack Obama picked Harvard to win over Cincinnati, but the Bearcats are unfazed.

Bearcats senior guard Sean Kilpatrick, who leads the team in scoring with 20.7 points, vowed to silence their critics on Thursday, saying that the upset predictions have added motivation to defeat Harvard.

Delaware Fighting Blue Hens (13) vs. Michigan State Spartans (4)
The fourth-seeded Michigan State University Spartans and 13th-seeded University of Delaware Fighting Blue Hens will collide shortly after the Bearcats-Crimson showdown.

The Spartans, who went 26-8 during the regular season, are listed as 14-point favorites heading into Thursday's game with the Fighting Blue Hens, who will be playing in the tournament for the first time in 15 years.

Sophomore guard Gary Harris and senior forward Adreian Payne, are expected to lead the Spartans' offensive attack, while the Fighting Blue Hens will lean on the scoring prowess of senior guards Davon Usher and Devon Saddler.

Saint Joseph's Hawks (10) vs. Connecticut Huskies (7)
The UCONN Huskies will make their return to the Final Four Tournament after missing last year's dance due to NCAA violations.

The seventh-seeded Huskies, who are now coached by former NBA player and UCONN alumnus Kevin Ollie after Jim Calhoun stepped down, will face the Saint Joseph University Hawks at the First Niagara Center in New York.

Huskies senior guard Shabazz Napier, who is averaging 17.4 points this season, will look to end his collegiate career on a bright note, while Langston Galloway, who posted 17.5 points per game during the regular season will look to lead the Hawks to an upset win.

Milwaukee Panthers (15) vs. Villanova Wildcats (2)
And in the main event of Thursday's East Region slate, the second-seeded Villanova University Wildcats will look to get back on track as they collide with the University of Milwaukee Panthers.

The Wildcats were on pace to be named as a No.1 seed in this year's tournament, but Seton Hall played the spoiler's role, dealing Villanova a 64-63 loss in the Big East Tournament quarterfinals.

James Bell, who is playing in his final year, vowed to provide the much-needed lift to the Wildcats in their showdown against Milwaukee, who earned a tournament berth after winning the Horizon League title.

TV Schedule and Live Stream
The Cincinnati-Harvard and Michigan State-Delaware matches will be broadcasted live on TNT at 2:10 p.m. and 4:40 p.m. ET, respectively.

TBS will broadcast the UCONN-St. Joseph's and Villanova-Milwaukee games at 6:55 p.m. and 9:25 p.m. ET, respectively.
