Kate Middleton's new madeover image may have already surfaced, but she's still letting her personality shine through.

For St. Patrick's Day, Middleton and Prince William attended the Irish Guards' parade in Aldershot, Hampshire, notes the UK Mirror. She wore a green coat with a longer hemline. Not a knee was in sight, as Queen Elizabeth II prefers it to be. But her look was not particularly expensive. The Hobbs Persephone coat is classic Middleton; it only costs $345.

The coat is still available on the Hobbs website. Purchase it here.

Middleton accessorized her coat with shamrocks, and paired it with a green Gina Foster hat. She also went for her trusty LK Bennett pumps.

She wore a similar outfit a couple of years ago, except that she opted for a swing coat by Emilia Wickstead and a brown hat. She wore the Wickstead coat two years in a row, but this year's coat was more fitted.

Last year her heel got stuck in a grate on St. Patrick's day, but there was no room for error this year for the new mom.

A company of reserve soldiers from the London Regiment joined the Irish Guards this year. Middleton gave the officers and warrant officers shamrocks. This tradition was started in 1901 by Edward VII's wife Queen Alexandra, according to the Mirror.

Bagpipes started playing as middleton passed out shamrocks. She handed out 300 shamrocks this year. Some of the officers are able to have a little conversation with the Duchess, while Prince William stood by her side.

After handing out the sprigs, Kate middleton and Prince William joined the officers and drank champagne. And they finished the day with a private luncheon with the officers.
