"The Good Wife" returned with an episode about drug dealing, spying and election fraud.

"In Parallel Construction, Bitches," drug dealer Lemond Bishop's personal attorney Charles Lester shows up at Alicia's (Julianna Margulies) to talk about a murder case involving Bishop.

They decide to have a probable cause hearing, with Will (Josh Charles) and Diane (Christine Baranski) in attendance as well.

Bishop is free on bond, and the prosecution has a witness testifying, but the story doesn't add up. Charles and Bishop believe that someone from Florrick/Agos is informing on the drug dealer, and begin questioning everyone at the firm. The police then pull Bishop over on the way to the airport in a sting that leads back to Alicia. Yet, in actuality, Florrick/Agos phones are being tapped, meaning Alicia did not orchestrate the sting.

The DEA denies tapping their phones, but it's discovered that they're getting information from another government agency.

Charles Lester and an investigator, Robyn, go to the U.S. Attorney to tell him what's going on, and to hopefully find out more information. However, the judge doesn't divulge anything.

Back at court, Cary (Matt Czuchry), Alicia and Robyn discover that the NSA is behind the surveillance. In the end, Bishop is acquitted.

Meanwhile, Peter (Chris Noth) is dealing with his election fraud scandal. Marilyn (Melissa George) ends up handing over the incriminating surveillance video to the Office of Public Integrity.

Alicia finds out that Marilyn leaked the video, and the NSA hear everything she's saying over her tapped phones.

The man from the Office of Public Integrity then shows up at Will's office, and accuses him of being part of an ongoing crime.

In the next episode, "A Few Words," "Alicia looks to her past for inspiration when she is asked to deliver the keynote address at an American Bar Association conference in New York City. Meanwhile, the competition between Florrick-Agos and Lockhart-Gardner ramps up as each firm tries to align with a powerful Manhattan lawyer; and Will turns to an old acquaintance when it becomes clear that Nelson Dubeck's investigation into voter fraud isn't going away."

The upcoming episode will also include a few Will/Alicia flashbacks.

"You get to see some Will-Alicia scenes that you've never seen before," confirms co-EP Michelle King.

Co-executive producer Robert King added, "Alicia has to give a speech about being an opt-out mom, and in giving this speech at the American Bar Association, she has to review her time being hired. Which brings her back to Will and Alicia at the very beginning of their relationship. It actually predates the pilot by months."

King also hints that by the end of the hour, Will and Alicia will "reach some understanding of their new relationship."

Watch the promo below for "A Few Words," which airs Sunday, March 16 at 8 p.m. on CBS.
