In 2009, Cecilia Galliano gifted her then-husband Sebastián Rulli a truck.

After the two divorced in 2011, Galliano wanted to take back the gift. Unfortunately, Rulli had already sold the truck, according to Informador.

Galliano accused Rulli of falsifying her signature on documents to sell the truck, and the two had to take the case to court. It seems the conflict is reaching its end and Rulli has gotten the court's favor.

Rulli recently told Televisa, "I've never wanted to talk about that because it's a delicate theme, talking about the mother of my child. What happened was that she gave me a truck in 2009, and after three years of being given the truck and one after divorce, she demanded that I return it, and I no longer had it. I had already sold it."

Rulli insists the truck was put under his name, but Galliano says she does not remember signing anything.

"She gifted me the truck and signed it over in my name, and she says she can't remember having signed it, so she countersued saying that the signature was not hers. A handwriting expert that I hired determined that the signature did match hers, and a handwriting expert that she hired said it did not," Rulli added.

A third expert determined that the signature was indeed authentic.

The case will be resolved by mid-March.

"I'm completely confident in the Mexican law and that this will be resolved. It's very simple," he said. "I'm very calm."

The two married in 2007, and in 2011 amicably divided their posessions and agreed to split custody of their son, Santiago.
