When Ellen DeGeneres opened the Oscars, she talked about Jennifer Lawrence's history of falling at the Oscars, as she had just tripped on the red carpet.

This time around it did not look as graceful as last year's fall that inspired Disney-themed memes.

Many people were quick to say that Jennifer Lawrence had fallen on purpose, and it seems Jared Leto is not sure what to make of it.

"You know, I'm starting to wonder if this is a bit of an act," he said when he was spotted walking in Paris on Thursday, according to the Daily Mail.

The actor-singer has been in Paris attending Paris Fashion Week. He, along with many other A-listers, attended Miu Miu. On Thursday, he was spotted wearing a bright purple scarf, and his hair was impeccably styled.

Leto also explained why Jennifer Lawrence walked up to the podium and said, "Why are you laughing? What, is this funny? I'm still watching you!"

Jared Leto said that he and his family were the ones laughing.

"But what [Jennifer] didn't know was that Ellen [DeGeneres] was on the side... making, pantomiming [motions like], 'Don't fall, don't fall!', and my my mom and brother are all cracking up," he said. "I guess we don't have manners. You can take them out of Louisiana, but you can't take the Louisiana out of them, right?"

He won the Oscar for Best Supporting Oscar on Sunday for his role in "Dallas Buyers Club." He hadn't been acting for a few years before this win, focusing instead on his band 30 Seconds to Mars.

He will join Linkin Park and AFI on a U.S. tour later this year, and he said it was going to be a memorable event.

"I can assure you one thing," he said. "The show are gonna be something not to forget. They're going to be wonderful. I mean, this is an opportunity like we've never had before. We're really proud to be part of it."
