"The Vampire Diaries" will finally return from its brief hiatus this Thursday with an all-new episode where Enzo will be forced to chain Damon down in order to prevent him from preying on other vampires and Katherine will relentlessly try to seduce Stefan.

In the upcoming episode, "No Exit," Damon has been given the vampire cannibal serum, which makes him crave vampire blood, reports WetPaint. Dr. Wes and his magical new friend also force Damon and Enzo inside of a remote lodge and place a barrier spell on the place. Enzo chains Damon up, but that might not be enough to stop him, so he calls Stefan for help.

In response, Stefan quickly makes an effort to save his brother Damon from the dark side before he kills his partner-in-crime, Enzo. However, Elena, who is still being controlled and possessed by Katherine, will take advantage of the circumstance and use it try to win over Stefan.

In a promo video, she suspiciously asks Stefan if she can join him on the ride to save his brother. Once the two hit the road, we see a shot of Stefan looking under the hood of the car that suggests that Katherine may have sabotaged their wheels.

"I saw a hotel. Do you think we should get a room?" she slyly asks Stefan. The next shot then shows Katherine and Stefan getting really close inside of what appears to be a hotel room and a flash of a steamy shower scene.

Caroline will also try to help Damon through research. "Caroline will focus her attention on finding out what this virus is capable of," revealed Candice Accola about her character to TV Guide. "No Exit" will also serve as "a big wake-up call to the new mythology we've slowly gotten to learn about over the season with the Travelers, as well as the who, the what and the why of it all," she added.

A newly released clip also reveals that Caroline and her ex-boyfriend Tyler will spend some time together. Initially, the two seem to feel really awkward since they haven't had much alone time since Tyler came back from New Orleans or learned of Caroline's hookup.

In the minute-long teaser video, Tyler brings coffee to Caroline in the Lockwood manor.

"It's good coffee," Caroline tells Tyler. "Though I usually take mine with a little more awkward silence."

Tyler laughs and quips, "Nice try, but you don't take anything with silence." From there, he brings up the fact that Matt appears to be missing. "He just hasn't been home in two days. And he's not answering his phone," he says. That's when Matt walks in and questions why Caroline is there.

"Kind of wondering the same thing," Tyler replies at him, adding, "Where the hell have you been?"

Before Matt can answer, Nadia walks up behind him. Once she notices that Matt has company, she says "I thought you said they wouldn't be home?"

"The Vampire Diaries" S5E14, "No Exit," airs on the CW on Thursday, Feb. 27 at 8 p.m. EST.
