'The Following' Season 2 Episode 7 Spoilers: Ryan's Past Comes to Haunt Him, Max Faces a New Threat [Video]

This week's episode of "The Following" left off with characters in new situations.
Joe and Lily spend the night together, and talk about moving to Venezuela, which he hesitantly agrees to. Ryan and Max need back up and contact the FBI, and they try to work out a deal with Lily, where they offer Luke in exchange of Joe. She drugs Joe, who is later found and rescued by Emma and Mandy.
They make the switch, and Mark and Luke run off but are chased by Weston and Max.
In trying to rescue Joe, Lily's daughter who was trying to stop them becomes a casualty.
The FBI stops a plane from departing because they believe Joe is inside, but the pilot reveals that they left after a phone call.
Ryan, Max and West come to the conclusion that someone from the FBI had been feeding Joe information.
Lily calls Emma, but Joe picks up, telling her that Luke's death is what she deserves.
In short, a lot happened.
Here's what's coming up on the next episode, titled "Sacrifice."
The episode will center around Ryan (Kevin Bacon), whose past actions will haunt him. He will face a new threat while trying to put the pieces together, and he will resort to asking for help in trying to figure out where a suspect is.
Meanwhile, Agent Weston and Max continue to look for Lily Gray. They will be forced to change their search after Max's life is threatened, reported the Examiner.
Joe, Emma and Mandy will find a new hideout, but will soon learn that it's not what it seems to be.
Guest stars Jake Weber and Lee Tegerson will be featured as well. Wever is Micah, and Tegerson is Kurt.
