There's a lot to look forward to in season 5 once "Parenthood" makes its return to NBC on Thursday, Feb. 27 after a three-week hiatus.

According to TVLine, the rest of the season will heat up as Matt Lauria is set to return as Ryan during the penultimate episode. There's also a chance that he may appear in the finale. Furthermore, fans can look forward to meeting Ryan's mom, a "three Bloody Marys for breakfast" type of woman who failed to provide her son with motherly and emotional support.

Later on this season, Sarah Ramos will reprise her role as Haddie, Adam and Kristina's eldest daughter, TVLine reports exclusively. Although her contract on the series ended at the end of season 3 when her character went off to college, she appeared throughout Season 4 to support to her cancer-stricken mom. Her comeback in this season's finale will mark her first appearance on the show in a year.

There's also news that Kristina is going to open up an Asperger's school after going through a strenuous legal process, reports TVLine. Julia will find a new love interest in the school's potential headmaster, a handsome educator named Evan.

NBC states that in the upcoming episode, "Just Like Home," "The Bravermans struggle to adjust to new living arrangements as the bomb drops: Zeek and Camille want to sell the house." In addition, Ray Romano will make a guest appearance.

A preview video shows that Sarah will go on another date with Carl, Julia and Joel will spend some time living apart, and Zeek will put his beloved house on the market.

Here's NBC official synopsis about the upcoming episode: "Julia (Erika Christensen) leans on her siblings for support during this trying time with Joel (Sam Jaeger). Jasmine (Joy Bryant) and Crosby (Dax Shepard) move in with Zeek (Craig T. Nelson) and Camille (Bonnie Bedelia) while their house is under repair. Meanwhile, Drew (Miles Heizer) confides in Amber (Mae Whitman) for advice on girls. Also starring: Lauren Graham, Peter Krause, Monica Potter, Max Burkholder, Savannah Rae Paige, Tyree Brown."

"Parenthood" returns on Thursday, Feb. 27 with "Just Like Home" on NBC at 10 p.m. EST.
