"Hunger Games" fans, prepare yourselves for a trailer coming your way very soon.

According to The Latin Times, a new promo trailer for the first part of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay" could be released as soon as April.

A Tumblr page associated with the film's production is reporting that the first promo trailer could arrive sometime in April, but it does not give a specific date.

Lionsgate could very well release the first trailer for the film in April, as they did with "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire." And like "Catching Fire," the first part of "Mockingjay" is expected to be released nationwide in November. Or, according to Hypable, a promo could be released with Lionsgate and Summit's upcoming film "Divergent," which debuts in theaters on March 21.

The first poster for the highly anticipated film was released late last month. The new poster features a detailed mockingjay pen on fire.

The cast and crew are currently filming both parts of "Mockingjay" in Atlanta, Ga. The films are being directed by Francis Lawrence, and once again star Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen, Josh Hutcherson as Peeta Mellark and Liam Hemsworth as Gale Hawthorne.

A series of new photos released last week show stars Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth on set, as well as out and about in Atlanta. Local Atlanta residents Brandon and Anne Frazier were dining at Bookhouse Pub when they ran into the film stars. Check out the photos here.

The Daily Mail also posted this photo of Julianne Moore donning gray hair for her "Hunger Games" character.

Filming had been going smoothly in Atlanta, except for a scary smoke machine malfunction a couple months ago, until the untimely death of Philip Seymour Hoffman from a heroine overdose. Despite Hoffman's death, filming has continued.

While Hoffman still had some work to be completed for "Mockingjay," most of his scenes had already been filmed. Filmmakers will be able to use CGI technology to place his image into scenes that have not yet been filmed.

Industry reports indicate that Hoffman had another week's worth of filming to be completed. According to Access Atlanta, the realtor who negotiated the lease on Hoffman's temporary Atlanta home said he was due to keep the residence until early April.

Hoffman, who died at the age of 46 in Greenwich Village, N.Y., is the second actor to die in recent months while filming a movie in Atlanta. Paul Walker, who was filming "Fast and Furious 7" in Atlanta, died in a fiery car crash in Los Angeles in November.
